Spaghetti with Green Pistachio Pesto from Bronte DOP (photos credits by @Amandaaelizaeats IG)

Ingredients (x4):

• 2 onions
• extra virgin olive oil to taste
• Don Tanu pistachio pesto 190 gr
• grated Parmesan cheese
• Don Tanu pistachio grains for garnish
• crispy bacon to garnish
• basil to perfume

Method:

Fry the onion with extra virgin olive oil
Add the Don Tanu Verde di Bronte pistachio pesto.
While the pasta is almost ready add the pasta, pepper, parmesan cheese, grains crispy bacon to the sauce to garnish.
Finally, garnish the dish with two basil leaves to give flavor.
