It was exactly that Don Tanu, with his cloth-cap and moustache that still characterize him, that I watched as a child while taking care of his pistachio grove. The dedication and passion towards this rare raw material which, filtered through the curious eyes of a child, have now become the same premises that distinguish the Don Tanu company.

Nothing has changed over the time. Today the harvesting technique is always the same: \u201cthe sciara\u201d – the pistachio plant that was born as a miracle- between ancient lava stones and human hands remain the one and only three ingredients used to obtain the Don Tanu pistachio.<\/span><\/h4>\n
